The Brulée Break at North Star Hotel

A rich, silky hot chocolate infused with caramel and toasted marshmallow syrups, crowned with a delicate caramelized sugar disk. Crack through the crisp top and let it melt into the drink, adding a warm bruléed sweetness to every sip.
The alcoholic option takes the next step in elevating its flavour by creating a boozy alternative with baileys and chocolate liqueurs.
Both takeaway and dine in available.
Almond, oat, soy and lactose free milks available ($0.70 extra).
Our chocolate powder is both dairy and gluten free.
Accessibility Information
- Our venue is very accessible. We have flush ramped entry to the venue and not only that we have an elevator to our second floor ensuring every section of the building is accessible. We have two accessible bathrooms following government standards. We are also accommodating of assistance animals.
