Each Wednesday during the Ballarat Winter Festival and throughout July come in from the cold and enjoy the British classic, Beef Wellington, perfectly executed by chef Scott Alsop and the Aunty Jacks chefs.
They recommend devouring it in front of one of the fire places with a glass of Mulled Beer brewed on site.
There will be a limited amount available each week so be sure to book for a 6:00pm sitting to avoid disappointment.
