Winter Warmer Windflower x Aunty Jacks Workshop

As part of this year’s Ballarat Winter Festival, Aunty Jack’s and Windflower are bringing all the Wintery vibes in this native-inspired, gin-fueled ‘Winter Warmer’ workshop.

In this hands-on experience you’ll be guided by the Windflower team as you create your own unique vase arrangement using a spectacular variety of native flora and foliage, hand-selected by the Windflower team that morning. As you learn and experiment with the abundance of textures and varieties, Aunty Jack’s will invite you up to the bar to create and enjoy your own custom botanical cocktail using their very own Aunty Jacks Gin and complimenting floral garnishes.

They have designed this experience to feel warm, intimate and conversational, celebrating the beauty of Ballarat throughout the colder months. You’ll leave feeling inspired and educated (perhaps a little tipsy, too!), with your very own native vase arrangement to take home and enjoy.

Please note that this experience is only suitable for participants 18 years and older. No floristry experience is necessary.
