The Goldfields at Websters Market and Café

The Goldfields is Webster’s take on a winter hot chocolate, inspired by Ballarat’s gold rush history. A rich dark hot chocolate is infused with roasted wattleseed, bringing warm, earthy notes of coffee, hazelnut and caramel. Served alongside is a smoked hazelnut “gold nugget” truffle, adding texture and richness to enjoy alongside or stir through.
